Summary"Today, we are but a total of all our yesterdays; yet, only a potential of all our tomorrows." Lise has lived in York Region for over 26 years and has provided support to children and adults through both her extensive volunteer and professional work. Lise has provided counselling support in a variety of areas, such as: anger, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship and, with specific expertise in, dying and death (palliative/bereavement) issues. In addition to Lise's university education, she has received dual certificates in Brief and Narrative Therapy from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Social Work (Continuing Education Department) and Hincks-Dellcrest Centre, Gail Appel Institute, Brief Therapy Training Centres-International™. Lise also holds certificates in trauma counselling and has experience in critical incident stress management. Lise's client-centred approach and desire to collaborate with her clients provides an environment of empowerment for those who seek her support.
