Counselling for Creative Solutions

Our Services

Individual, Couple and Family Counselling

Through our conversations, we create an opportunity for individuals, couples and families to explore their strengths so that personal preferences and possibilities can emerge and evolve.

Wellness Strategies

In today's society we are all exposed to many stressors that impact on our emotional and physical well-being. It is vital that we learn strategies that will enable us to balance all aspects of our life. Co-create ideas to build an action plan for success. In this way we may learn to live a life which is more meaningful.

Life Transition Counselling

Adapting to life transitions such as moves, job changes, illness and loss can be stressful and difficult. Learn to stand up to these challenges by building on past strengths and resources.

Grief, Loss and Bereavement Counselling

While we all encounter various forms of loss throughout our lives, the ability to focus on one's strengths and resilience can create space for life and growth beyond loss.

EMDR

An alternative choice to dealing with stressful life events, EMDR is a type of Brief Therapy that can help an individual view these situations in a less distressing and more positive way. Learn more about this innovative process through our personal consultation.

Presentations and Workshops

The following are some of the presentations and workshops that Susan and Renee have presented to a variety of organizations and corporate settings. We would be happy to co-create and customize additional presentations and workshops depending on your expressed needs.
